Confident, Consistent Service
Teams understand the steps of service, menu language, product knowledge, recommendations, pairings, recovery and the behaviors that define your brand.
Restaurant management · Consulting · Training
ONNIT Hospitality manages restaurants on behalf of owners, investors, hotels and clubs—bringing culinary leadership, financial discipline and daily operating accountability under one management team.
Management-led hospitality
We connect ownership goals to what happens every day in the kitchen, dining room and financials. When full management is not the right fit, the same operator-led expertise is available through focused consulting and restaurant-specific training engagements.
Consulting & advisory
Every consulting engagement is tailored around a defined business need. Select a capability to review representative projects, deliverables and outcomes.
Concept-driven menus, recipe development, standardization, plate presentation, beverage strategy and seasonal overhauls built for the way your restaurant actually operates.

Teams understand the steps of service, menu language, product knowledge, recommendations, pairings, recovery and the behaviors that define your brand.
Leaders leave with coaching methods, pre-shift tools, observation standards, sign-off systems and a repeatable train-the-trainer framework.
Customized manuals, checklists, service standards, role-play scenarios and accountability rhythms turn training into daily operating practice.
Front and back of house share the same product story, quality expectations, timing, communication and commitment to the guest experience.

A focused starting point
An on-site or remote review of the food, finances, service and systems, followed by prioritized findings, recommended scope and implementation pricing.
